The location of this hotel is absolutely jaw-dropping! It's in the heart of the action, just minutes away from the famous Bourbon Street. And let me tell you, the staff here is mind-blowing. From Bernice, the sweet and hardworking front desk staff, to Brenda, the dedicated housekeeper, everyone made us feel like VIPs. And speaking of great service, when our AC stopped working, the maintenance guy had it fixed within two hours. The rooms themselves were super comfortable, with a cozy bed that gave us the best night's sleep. Plus, the hotel had everything we needed, from a hot breakfast to a relaxing pool. The whole experience was absolutely fantastic and I can't wait to book here again in the future.
